How Does It Work?
We partner with a platform called Arise Virtual Solutions. They connect large Fortune 500 companies with people like you and me who want to provide customer service, sales, and technical support services from home. You will be taking inbound customer service, sales, or technical support calls - based on the client you choose - from the comfort of your home office.
What Are The Requirements?
🌟 Be at least 18 years old
🌟 Live in the U.S. & supported states. (The Arise® Platform is not available in the following states:
California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin)
🌟 Can pass a third-party background check ($30)
🌟 Have a personal computer that meets technical requirements (a 2nd Monitor is advised)
🌟 Have a noise-cancelling USB Headset that plugs into the computer for training and call-taking
🌟 Must have high-speed internet connection (No Wi-Fi Permitted. Cellular/5G/Mobile Hotspot and Satellite Internet Service Providers Not Supported)
🌟 Can work a minimum of 15-20 hours a week
🌟 Able to attend certification training class Monday-Friday (generally 4 hrs a day) for 4-6 weeks.
Who Are These Companies?
When we register on the platform, we sign a non-disclosure agreement stating that we will not reveal that we're working from home for these companies. Therefore, we can't publicly give company names on the world wide web.
It is very simple to see who they are and it won't cost you a dime. Once you register, which can be completed in 5 minutes or less, you'll see the companies and how much they pay.
How Much Is the Pay?
Your compensation can be as little or as big as you make it. Clients pay anywhere between $10 to $18 an hour. You choose the client that you want to service. Some choose their client for the compensation rate only. Some choose a client because they are open 24/7 and some choose a client that is super easy with less hourly pay. You set your own schedule and choose when and how much you work. Your paycheck is up to you! 💰
We have agents making between $400 – $1200 twice monthly!🚀 Pay is twice a month around the 15th and 30th via direct deposit.
Do You Get Paid For Training?
This is an Independent Contractor position which means you are your own boss and set your own hours. I like to compare certification classes to any training that you’d get as an independent contractor, such as a cosmetologist or realtor. As a matter of fact, you would normally pay to learn - but thankfully - Arise no longer charges for these classes . (Back when I first started with the platform, I used to pay $250 or more to attend the training!) It IS an investment of your time, but trust me, it’ll pay off. ✨
*Most clients do have an "Earn While You Learn" phase of training class - this means that you attend class for one half of training class, and take calls the second half. You will be paid for any calls taken during this phase. This usually occurs during the last week or two of class.
*Training times vary by client. The most common training class times are 9am-1pm, 2pm-6pm, and 6pm-10pm. All times are Monday - Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST). Classes are live and conducted via zoom. Attendance is extremely important.

Are There Any Fees & Why?
Everyone knows not to pay for a job. This IS NOT a job. You are an independent contractor who works for yourself. If you want to be your own boss, you have to get used to investing in YOURSELF!
Arise charges $19.75 per pay period to use their platform (no matter which registration option you choose). I like to call them the Netflix of work from home companies. Consider their fee just like paying for all of the shows you enjoy with your Netflix subscription. They are providing companies that you wouldn't otherwise have access to - all in one place - as well as technical support for your computer AND training for your new client.
VC Staffing Agency has an admin fee for their 24/7 support. Think of us as your all-in-one resource for the Arise platform. We are here to walk you through the process of navigating the platform, excelling in training class, and servicing your new client! We manage your contracts, process payroll, and are a phone call/text/email away for all of your questions in real time.
We are very transparent about fees. We do not pay less than our clients in an attempt to profit off your hard work. We deduct a 5% service fee per invoice period, this covers everything that we spoke about above. There are NO TAXES or other fees deducted from your earnings. Also, keep in mind, these are NOT upfront costs. If you don't get paid, we don't get paid. Up until the time you get your first check, the ONLY thing you pay is a $30 background check fee. This doesn't go to Arise or VC Staffing, but to a third-party company. This is required because you will be handling customer's personally identifiable information.
